Well here it is – a website devoted to planes with no trains or automobiles!
In 2010 I took the plunge and purchased a Fuji S200EXR camera with the intent of learning photography as an adjunct to my main hobby of radio experimentation.
Since that time I have taken 1000’s of photographs and I can see some improvement in the quality and style of photographs taken this year compared to my first feeble attempts.
I have been observing aircraft, from near and far, for a very long time. My fascination with aircraft began as a child, living between two major arrival flight paths here in Melbourne, Australia.
Aside from listening to aircraft on radio and observing aircraft positions using Plane Plotter and a microUSB ADSB receiver, the camera is now another tool of enjoyment in experiencing the many sights and sounds of different aircraft in Australia.
As this website builds I will add more of my photographic collection to support posts.
So enjoy the website as much as I am in learning how to put one together.
